First, an LED lighting project and renovation project on the junior high/senior high walls were approved and will begin shortly.     The inaugural season of the Kimball Longhorn Trap team is in the books. The team participated in the state trap shoot on Sunday, with each individual member shooting 100 clay pigeons.     The Plains Historical Museum in the Fraternal Hall will be open Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Friday this summer from 2-4 p.m. Individuals have stepped up to volunteer to open the museum.
