The Kimball Public Swimming Pool is fully staffed for the year, and Director Carla Goranson is happy with her guards, though many are new. "I have never had this many new guards," she said. Kimball Public Library's six-week summer reading program got off to a great start. Nearly 100 interested parties prompted the beginning of a new youth tumbling class in Kimball, according to Bob Nemnich Executive Director of the Terry and Hazeldeane Carpenter Intergenerational Center in Terrytown.
