    The National Weather Service issued a second winter storm watch on March 28 for all of southeast Wyoming from Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon. This, just one week after a spring blizzard blanketed the area in snow and caused long-lasting power outages in Kimball County. The new advisory cautions that a rain/snow mix will develop first along, and to the west of, the Laramie Range.     The Kimball City Council received a report on the fiscal year 2014-15 from Terry Galloway of Almquist, Maltzahn, Galloway and Luth, the City’s certified public accounting firm from Grand Island.     Legion Baseball is returning to Kimball, thanks in large part to Luke Dea who will serve the program as Manager and assistant coach.     The Kimball High weight room has been getting lots of use this school year according to Coach Nick Kuxhausen who oversees the weight programs for the Longhorns.
