Starting in the Pawnee Grasslands and then moving north, sub-contractors will begin the surveying process for the environmental impact statement, project officials told the Observer. After weeks of working at the Plains Historical Museum, they are now at the Community Trail, according to Jean Gilbert.     Local events are beginning to occur again after COVID-19 cancellations of last year. Kimball's 12th annual Ranch Rodeo will be held this Saturday, June 12, with 20 bronc riders and seven ranch rodeo teams set to participate.
