    Shopko Stores Operating Co., which announced plans this month to close its Kimball department store, keeps making moves to right its financial ship. The Wisconsin-headquartered retailer in recent days reported the sale of 64 of its pharmacy locations to supermarket chains – 42 to Kroger and 22 to Hy-Vee.     According to an arrest affidavit, Jarred Neuhalfen of Kimball was arrested at approximately noon on Dec. 10 and charged with a felony count of strangulation. Andy Bremer, Kimball police chief, was contacted by Kimball High School in reference to an altercation involving a minor. The minor said during the morning of Dec. 9 that his uncle, Jarred Neuhalfen, assaulted him and choked him, causing him not to breathe.     A disappointing weekend for the Kimball High boys as they dropped games to Hershey and Bayard on consecutive nights of home court play.     The Kimball High Wrestling Team competed in the Sidney/Bridgeport Tournament hosted by Sidney this past Saturday and had 3 of their 6 wrestlers finish 4th to earnmedals.From the 18 team field, Kimball finished 12th with 62 points, a pretty good number considering they had only the 6 wrestlers.
