MORRILL – The Potter-Dix Lady Coyotes finished their season strong with four straight wins, and earned the number two seed in the D1-12 SubDistrict Tournament at Morrill Elementary School. Kimball’s final game of the regular volleyball season was played on Tuesday night against Perkins County, and now comes subdistricts Oct. 28 and 29. According to the Nebraska School Activities Association site no information was available for subdistrict assignments. Kimball Public Schools Food Service Director Danessa Terrill praised local groups and community members for the generous donations to pay off previous lunch debts. The lunch debt fund received significant contributions from the Knights of Columbus, the Red Knights and the Masonic Lodge. The 2024 volleyball season for the Kimball Lady Longhorns has been a journey of growth, dedication, and resilience.
