The perennial post-season team in recent times ended the season at 9-1 with a crushing playoff loss to visiting Parkview Christian on Friday, Nov. 3.     A disappointing end to the 2023 volleyball season for the Kimball Longhorns on Monday in sub-district play at Paxton.     OSHKOSH – Potter-Dix’s Coyote football team remained unbeaten with a 36-28 victory over Garden County in Oshkosh, spoiling the Eagles homecoming celebration and showing they’re still one of the best teams in D6 football.     The Kimball cross county season came to an end at districts Wednesday of last week, but not without a strong finish. Kimball placed fourth in districts with 76 points. Seventeen teams competed. Due to the colder weather, the event was moved from Thursday to Wednesday at Pheasant Run Golf Course, Perkins County.     POTTER – Potter-Dix’s Coyote Football team stayed unbeaten with another big win over Creek Valley, 72-0. The winless Storm had no chance against the high-powered Coyote offense, and the game was effectively over when the Coyotes put up 40 unanswered points in the first quarter.
