Winning Behavior

Kimball Public Schools is implementing Positive Behavior Supports this semester and on Monday, January 14 the Junior-Senior High School had their first drawing for prizes. Among the winners (L to R): Mike Daum, Allen Weinbender, Gene Hanks and T. J. Crow. Students are being taught desired expectations in different areas of the school by the teachers. All staff teach the same expectations on the same day. Staff members hand out longhorn bucks to students who meet these expectations and every Monday the longhorn bucks are drawn from a tumbler. When a ticket is drawn, both the students and the teachers who gave out the winning ticket receive a prize.
