Observer Football Contest Winner

For the seoond consecutive year, Ken Ottoson, right, took overall top spot in the Observer’s Football Contest, earning a $100 gift certificate from Vince’s Corner. Henry Heeg, owner of Vince’s, presented the prize this week.
