What Do You Think About The Decision To Close West Elementary?

Lance Winters “I don’t really like it, because it’s just another building closing down in Kimball. More and more buildings in Kimball are just dying off.”

Corky Lee “I think it was a bad decision. I think Mary Lynch is going to be too crowded.”

Jonathon Withrow “I think it’s good. There aren’t that many kids there anymore so just move them up to one the schools we already have and save some money.”

Harold Fricke “It’s feasible with the population and what not. They don’t have as many kids. With the cost of fixing it up, it just seems like the most feasible option.”

Christina Rusk “I think it might be a good thing, but it’s going to be crowded so there might be problems. The teachers won’t be able to give as much attention to the kids as they usually do. I don’t like that about it. I know they’re trying to save money. I just think there should be other ways, or we should update and maybe save money later on.”

Jeri Rutledge “I’m not for it, because it has to do with the ‘Obamacare.’ I think they should keep it open.”
