Jackson Earl Winters, Jr., 73, passed away July 20, 2013. Jack was born in Bloomington, IN and served in the Vietnam War; his final duty station was Fort Irwin California. Jack was an over the road truck driver for most of his life. He is survived by several children, Dwight Winters of Cabin Creek, CO, April Winters of Wiggins, CO and others. The family recently learned of his passing and would like to thank the Quartzsite Police Department, La Paz Fiduciary and the Cactus Patch RV Park for everything they did when Jack passed away. His burial was in Parker, Arizona August 19, 2013, a memorial service will be at Mt.
