Juanita R. Hottell

Juanita R. Hottell, 59, of Kimball, died at Kimball Health Services on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014.

Juanita Rose Hottell was born in Chadron on Nov. 2, 1955, the daughter of Franklin and Martha (Gochnauer) Keim. Her early education was from a country school in Wayside. She graduated from Chadron High School in 1974. Juanita was married to David Hottell on April 16, 1977 and to this union four children were born.

Survivors include her husband David Hottell of Kimball; children, Rosalie (David) Wright of Cameron, Texas, Casey (Tiffany) Hottell of Kimball, Brad (Niki) Hottell of Tomball, Texas, and Clark (Tracy) Hottell of Kimball; her father, Franklin Keim of Chadron; brothers, Loren (Mary) Keim of Palmyra, N.Y., Harvey (Deb) Keim of York, and Bruce Keim of San Francisco, Calif .; a sister Bev (Larry) Wilhoit of Scottsbluff; brother-in-laws Jim Jackson, Tony, Art, Ernie, and Jim Hottell; sister-in-laws Ann Brush, Harriet Owens, Jeanne Cronk and Janet Hayes.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha; brother, Larry; sister, LeAnna Jackson; father and mother-in-law Jack and Ethel Hottell; and brother-in-laws Larry and Johnny.

Friends were able to call at the funeral home on Sunday, Dec. 21, from 4-6 p.m.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 22, at the Kimball Event Center with Darla Fisher, Joyce Tuttle and Stanley Morrison officiating. Burial was held at 2:30 p.m. at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in the Hull Community of Banner County.
