Baluska receives scholarship to Chadron State

Diane Baluska of Kimball, daughter of Charles and Chris Baluska, received a scholarship to Chadron State College. Diane received the Newman-Stryker scholarship for $9,800. Diane is a senior at CSC studying elementary education.

Chadron State College, which was founded in 1911, is the only four-year, regionally-accredited college in the western half of Nebraska. As a public institution with its roots in teacher education, Chadron State takes pride in its accessibility and affordability.
