Josh and Jenna Enevoldsen are the proud parents of the first baby born this year with ties to Kimball and Banner counties. Kira Jean Enevoldsen was born at 3:53 p.m. on Jan. 8 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Also pictured is big sister Delayni.
