20 years in the Navy

Chief Petty Officer Troy Beard is embarking on his 20th year in the Navy in August. He is a command career counselor for the Navy. Troy is stationed in Honolulu, Hawaii, with his wife, Kristen, and their two boys, Casey and Dillon. Beard is a Kimball native.
