A total of 268 entries raced at the Julesburg Dragstrip over the May 30-31 weekend. On Saturday, 125 cars competed for the Colorado State Championship in their respective classes.
On Sunday, 143 cars were on hand for a chance to take home part of a $4,500 purse in the 8th Annual Curley's Big Bucks Shootout, sponsored by Curley's Machine Works. Also in attendance were the Rocky Mountain Stick Shifters and the Rocky Mountain Superchargers.
