Investigation underway for 20-plus minors in possession

More than 20 minors were found in possession of alcohol Saturday around 10:30 p.m., according to Kimball County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Brandon Loy.

Loy, with Deputy Travis Terrill, cited many of the minors, though some were released without citations.

Names of minors involved are not released and Loy did not comment on the location of the incident.

At press time no adults were cited with procuring or contributing, Loy said, and no further information is currently available as the event is still under investigation.
