Observations all along the line - Kimball & the Southern Panhandle First
U.S. Sen. Ben Sasse will hold a listening session at Brookside Farm in Kimball at 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12. The farm is located at 3476 N. Hwy. 71, just half a mile north of the underpass.
The public is welcome to attend. Those who attend should bring lawn chairs.
During the session, Nebraskans will have an opportunity to hear the Senator give a brief update on some of the long-term challenges Americans face, including: the threat of jihadi terrorism, the federal government’s entitlement crisis, overregulation and executive branch unilateralism and the defense of religious liberty.
Constituents seeking help navigating a federal bureaucracy, such as the Social Security Administration and Department of Veterans Affairs, will be able to connect with the senator’s staff regarding casework assistance.
