She attended Country schools in the area and graduated from the Kimball County High School in 1959. Marcia was married to Ray Buescher in Kimball on Sept. 18, 1960. She worked for Bonded Abstract in Kimball for a number of years taking care of oil leases. She was then the bookkeeper for Kinnison Equipment. She then went to work for H&R Block and retired from there after more than 30 years.
Marcia had a passion for history and genealogy and was a member of both societies in Kimball, and spent many hours working with both of these. She was instrumental in putting together the Kimball County History Book. She loved Kimball and was a driving force behind getting the All Class Reunions started. She enjoyed collecting owls, and had over 2,000 that she collected. Marcia also helped computerize the Kimball Cemetery records. Her time and service to the community will be missed. Marcia also loved spending time with her family; her grandchildren were the light of her life.
