Respect Life walk scheduled for Sunday in Kimball

St. Joseph’s Respect Life Walk with be held this Sunday, beginning at 11a.m. at the Catholic Church. All walks of faith are invited to attend.

According to event chairperson Kim Baliman, the walk is to bring awareness that all life should be respected and that every life matters, whether it be the elderly, special needs, the young or the unborn.

The walk will start at the church, go to the City Park, around the park four times, and back to the church. At the walk’s conclusion, there will be fellowship, along with food. Those who can not walk, are welcome to drive along with the group.

Baliman wants to encourage those attending the meal after the walk to bring soup if your last name starts with A-M and those with the last names that begin N-Z, please bring a dessert or bread to share. Drinks, utensils and bowls will be provided.
