The Kimball Banner County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors welcomed Jim and Angie Tucker and hosted a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, Oct. 28 to celebrate the opening of Jim's Tire N Lube at 205 E. 3rd street in Kimball.
