Kimball's little princess

Two year, Jocelyn Crispe, shown here with her very proud mom, Joelyann (Rutledge) Crispe, was the winner in her age group of the "Our Miss Royal Pageant", held in Scottsbluff at the Hampton Inn last Saturday, Mar. 19. The beautiful little princess won in two categories, "Royal Tiny Queen' and the "People's Choice."
