Please join us in remembering Phyllis Loraine Shaul on Saturday August 13, 2016 at 10:00 at “the farm” located in Banner County approximately 13 miles south of Gering NE or 26 miles north of Kimball NE. Please let your presence be your memorial. “Aunt Phyllis” passed away January 25, 2015 in Lynchburg VA after a battle with breast cancer and dementia.

Phyllis was born December 25, 1925 to James and Ethel (Clary) Shaul of Banner County. She attended Banner County Public Schools graduating from high school as valedictorian in 1943. She attended nurse’s training, however she graduated from Wesleyan in Lincoln NE where she received a degree in education. She taught 9th Grade English at Scottsbluff Middle School until her retirement at which time she returned to live with her parents until their death.

Phyllis is survived by nephew Rick (Janice) Henderson of Banner County, niece Deborah (Virl) Hoffman of Red Levels AL, numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, great great nephews, great great nieces, great great great nephews, great great great nieces, and Emily Henderson of Lynchburg VA.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, sister and brother-in-law Jeff and Mildred Henderson, nephew Rod Henderson, great nephew William Walter Henderson, and great great great niece Reagan Marie DeLosSantos.
