Annie C. Beaver, 69, of Kimball, died at the Kimball County Manor on Wednesday, August 31, 2016. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at the Cantrell Funeral Home with Father Sagar officiating. Friends may stop at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. to sign Annie's register book and leave cards of sympathy for the family. Annie Caroline Beaver was born in Glascow, Scotland on November 13, 1946, the daughter of Eugene and Marianne (Cox) Neel. She received her education in Scotland. Her father was in the military and in 1973 she moved to Sidney with her family. She worked on the road crew that built Interstate 80 through the area. She moved to Kimball in 1986. Annie was married to Chuck Beaver in Kimball on August 12, 1995. She worked for GRI for 11 years. She had many hobbies including knitting, collecting dolls, and making candles. She enjoyed several trips back to her home country of Scotland. She was a fan of Elvis and watching western movies. Annie will be missed by her family and many friends. Survivors include her daughter Margaret (Melvin) Klimpel of Battle Mountain, NV; grandchildren Aaron Klimpel, Ashley Klimpel, Timothy Westby, James Westby, Lexi Janicek, and Alyssa Roberts; companion Stewart Baker and her beloved pet Molly. She was preceded in death by her husband, son Keith Roberts, and brother George Cox.
