It's great to be Queen, search begins for 2016 royalty

What young lady, aged 16 to 19, wouldn’t want a $250 scholarship, $75 in Chamber Dollars, and a pedicure or manicure?

That is what the 2016 Farmer’s Day Queen will be awarded once chosen. Applications are currently being accepted for the position, which must be filled by a young lady who resides in Kimball or Banner Counties.

Applications are available at the high schools in Kimball, Banner County and Potter-Dix. These applications must be signed and returned to the Kimball High School or school secretary by Friday, Sept. 16, and must include an essay.
