Pride of Kimball Yard of the Week: Betty and Jim Shulte

Dawn Moeser, representative of Keep Kimball Beautiful and Observer staff, Aleta Pearson, present this week's Pride of Kimball, Yard of the Week to Betty and Jim Shulte.

The Shulte's bought their home 31 years ago and haven't stopped working on it since then. Although Betty insists the yard looked better weeks ago, it is still graced with purple cosmos, lily, hosta, mexican hat coneflower, geranimum and much more from the summer. Fall blooming flowers of purple and yellow mums are just starting to show themselves, adding to the beautiful colors and impecably manicured yard.
