Observations all along the line - Kimball & the Southern Panhandle First
The Creek Valley Storm came to town last Friday looking for a win over conference rival, but those plans didn’t quite unfold the way the Storm expected.
Potter-Dix shut out Creek Valley 16-0 in the first quarter and only allowed them to score 11 points in the second quarter ending the first half 11-23 Potter-Dix.
Second half was low scoring but the Coyotes held off the Storm enough to get a 10 point victory with the final score 25-35.
The next day the Lady Coyotes traveled to Paxton for a non-conference game. The Lady Coyotes held the Tigers to only 20 points the whole game. With the final score 44-20, another win in the books for Potter-Dix.
Next up for the Lady Coyotes is a game set for Tuesday Dec., 12 at Leyton, no information was available at press time.
Potter-Dix will be back at home in the action tomorrow, Friday, for a game with Caliche.
