Observations all along the line - Kimball & the Southern Panhandle First
The Spirit Casket, custom built, traveled through the Panhandle last week to remind motorists that state law dictates that drivers slow down and move over for emergency personnel on roadways. Scenes painted on the casket, as well as a recreational vehicle traveling alongside it, depict the dangers emergency responders and tow truck drivers face when working on highways.
