Farmer's Day fundraiser this weekend

Dig out your poodle skirts and letterman jackets, ladies and gentlemen, the 2018 Farmers’ Day fundraiser is a Rockabilly Luau, this Saturday, July 21. This event is 5:30-11 p.m. at the Ag Society Hog Barn, with parking at Gotte Park, meal is at 6 with the hoppin’ band, the Juke Joint Cruisers starting at 7, with a chance to win $500.

Proceeds from this night of fun will go to your local annual Farmers’ Day weekend and Kimball Community Trail. You can purchase your tickets from Assunta Calise-Nelson, Amy Sapp, Diana Engstrom, Echo Kizzair, Alex Engstrom, Stuart Tritt, Christina Culek, John Morrison, Bob and Suzy Abramson and other members of the Farmers’ Day Committee before the Luau, or tickets are available at the door, but if purchased at the door you will not be eligible for the chance to win the $500.

Ticket includes a meal, tickets to the beer garden and entertainment.

Dress to impress in your best 50’s outfit for an extra prize and roll up in your classic car for an even better picture perfect night of fun.
