Observations all along the line - Kimball & the Southern Panhandle First
Santa’s Kimball helpers are ready to light up the town with the annual Parade of Lights and Christmas Lighting and Decor contest.
The deadline to enter in the lighting and décor contest is Dec. 13 for either a residential entry or a business entry.
White lights, single color lights, multi-colored lights, we want to see them all – blinking, chasing or simply twinkling.
Adorn your home or business with lights, ribbon, wreaths, inflatables, musical and window displays for all to see.
Judging will occur on Dec. 22 with a traveling trophy, and bragging rights, given to the winners.
Call Amy Sapp at 308-235-3782 or email [email protected] for more information or to enter the contest!
“Let’s see who has the most holiday spirit!”
The Parade of Lights, themed Gumdrops and Candy Canes, is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 24 at 5:30 p.m. Entries in four categories will be taken – tractor, pickup, bike and semi and are expected to line up at the intersection of Second and Howard Streets.
All entries must have a light.
For more information, or to register, contact Laura Perry at 308-241-0303 or Chelsie Autrey at 307-214-6339.
Santa will be in the house, at the Eagles, following the parade.
