Ben K. Radford, 45, of rural Bushnell, died at his home on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. Cremation has been held and memorial services will be held at a later date. Friends can visit http://www.cantrellfh.com to view Ben's Tribute Wall and leave stories and condolences for the family. Memorials may be given in memory of Ben to the Frenchman Valley CO-OP, Ben Radford Memorial Fund in Kimball or Pine Bluffs. The services for Ben have been entrusted to the Cantrell Funeral Home.
Ben Kevin Radford was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming on November 22, 1972, the son of Dave and Joey (Bell) Collins. He was raised in Cheyenne and graduated from high school in 1990. Following graduation he worked at Grease Monkey in Cheyenne as a mechanic. He met Jennifier Barkell and they moved to Kimball in 1995. Ben and Jennifier were married in Kimball on November 22, 1996. They lived in Kimball and later moved to Bushnell while Ben worked for Frenchman Valley CO-OP. Ben loved spending time at Oliver Reservoir camping and fishing. He enjoyed working on cars with his son and stock car racing. Ben and Jennifier also enjoyed time in Deadwood, South Dakota and Wendover, Nevada.
Survivors include his wife Jennifier Radford of Bushnell, NE; son Travis (Kaylee) Coe of North Platte, NE; daughter Karissa (Cody Murray) Coe of Sterling, CO; father Dave Collins of Cheyenne, WY; 7 grandchildren; mother-in-law Ginni Baber of Kimball, NE. His mother, grandparents and a son Kyle Radford preceded him in death.
