Potter-Dix ladies fall to 0-4 on the season with the first two losses coming opening weekend against Dundy County and Morrill. Lady Coyotes lost to Dundy Co. 62-8 and Morrill 59-15.
Potter-Dix looked to get a win over the Creek Valley Storm last Friday, Dec. 7 in Chappell but fell short 50-25 to a 1-2 Strom team.
Saturday, Dec. 8 The Lady Coyotes took on Paxton but once again came up sort falling 27-24 in a hard fought, low scoring match. In the first quarter Potter-Dix was up with a score of 5-4, both teams scored seven points in the second quarter heading into halftime with the Coyotes up 12-11. Third quarter Paxton out scored Potter-Dix 4-3, giving a 15-15 score heading into the final period. Paxton put up 12 points to Potter-Dix’s nine, finishing the game 27-24.
The Lady Coyotes hosted Leyton this last Tuesday, Dec. 11, no information available at time of press, but will take on Caliche in Iliff, Colo., this Saturday 14.
