'The One Arm Bandit' John Payne

John Payne, also known in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association world as "The One Arm Bandit," stopped at the fair grounds in Kimball this past week when his truck broke down. Many residents stopped to visit and take a glance at his zebra in the corrals behind the trailer.
