Klinginsmith Wins Three Weeks In A Row

With results for three weeks of the 2019 Women's Golf Association play in the books, Pattie Klinginsmith captured low gross score all three weeks, although she had to share week three with Phyllis Greenwood.

Playing the front nine, the low gross score for week one was 49, low net 33 was taken by Shirley Crossman and Nora Robinson had low putts with 15.

Shellon Anderson pitched closest to the pin for handicappers 0-25, Nora Robinson was closest for those with a handicap 26-30, and Betty Zeilinger was closest to the pin in the 31 and up handicap.

Week two had the women playing the back nine, Pattie Klingingsmith killed the course with a great round of 41 for low gross and only 11 putts for low putts, that is 1.2 puts per hole. Phyllis Greenwood had a 35 for low net scores.

Flag prizes went to Pattie Klinginsmith, Phyllis Greenwood, and Donna Linn.

Week three, again Pattie had low gross, 45, but shared it with Phyllis. Phyllis had low net with a 30. Both Shellon Anderson and Shirley Crossman had their putters working, using them only 16 times. Daria Faden had a birdie on number 6.

Flag prizes for closest to the green were won by Shellon Anderson, Jean Barrett, and Patty Yahaga.
