Alice A. Evertson, 77, of Kimball, died at her home in Kimball on Saturday, June 27, 2020. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 3, 2020, at the Evangelical Free Church in Kimball with Pastor Tyler White officiating. Private family inurnment will be held at a later date. Friends may stop at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. to sign the register book and leave cards of sympathy for the family. Alice Anne (Mueller) Evertson was born in Kimball on December 3, 1942, the daughter of H.F. Oscar and Lillie (Goesch) Mueller. She lived south of Bushnell with her family. Later they moved to a farm northwest of Kimball. Alice attended rural schools and then graduated from Kimball County High School in 1960. She attended both Midland Lutheran School and Colorado State University. Alice was married to Donald Ray Evertson on August 20, 1961. They made their home in Kimball County with their three boys, Paul Donald, Kirk Alan, and David Ray. Alice was a member of the Kimball Evangelical Free Church and affirmed her faith by baptism on October 13, 2019.
Survivors include her husband Donald of Kimball, NE; sons Paul (Katy) Evertson of Windsor, CO., Kirk (Debra) Evertson of Kimball, NE., and David (Dana) of Laramie, WY; brothers James Mueller of Lakewood, CO., Robert Mueller of Kimball, NE., and Bill (JoAnn) Mueller of Kimball, NE; grandchildren Daniel (Tori) Evertson, Brian (Kelly) Evertson, Joel Evertson, Dawson Evertson, Devon Evertson, Dax Evertson: great grandchildren Deacon Evertson and Ezra Evertson.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
