Observations all along the line - Kimball & the Southern Panhandle First
Kimball Frenchman Valley Cooperative held an open house for its new flat storage facility that will hold an estimated 2 million bushels of corn – and they are already starting to fill it up.
FVC began accepting corn for the storage facility Sept. 24, while the open house came a week later on Oct. 1.
The facility, 372 feet long and 180 feet wide, will eliminate outside storage and reduce grain losses from the weather.
