Observer Expected On Time Locally

The Veterans Day holiday isn’t expected to delay the sale of the Observer in open stores next week starting on Wednesday, Nov. 11, or the delivery to local subscribers on Thursday, Nov. 12.

However, the Observer will be mailed one day later than usual to out-of-town subscribers because the post office will be closed Wednesday, the usual mailing day.
