Anita Rose Robinson was born in Kimball on November 11, 1960, the daughter of John A. and Jeanette (Agnes) Biberos. She was raised and attended school in Kimball and graduated in 1979. Following graduation, she worked as a nurse's aide at the Kimball County Manor. Then she met and married Terry Howard in 1982. They lived in Sidney where she worked various jobs. After the birth of her son Benito, she was a stay-at-home mom, and then had their daughter Phoebe in 1988. She later divorced and married Mike Robinson and had 2 more children, Abby and Gabe, and worked when she could.

Anita worked for the Office of Human Development, and she loved taking care of people and enjoyed taking care of her four children. She loved music, especially disco. She enjoyed dancing, watching movies with her family, crafting, and helping Reed with his scrapping business.

Anita was loved by many and was thought of as a second mom to many of her children's friends. Her children were always very important to her, and they were the center of her world. She had a big heart always so full of life and enjoyed sharing stories and conversations with family and friends.
