Observations all along the line - Kimball & the Southern Panhandle First
The Kimball High School civics class is holding a political forum this Saturday, evening Oct. 8.
The forum will be held at 6 p.m.in the Harry McNeese Auditorium.
The candidates attending will include one of the governor candidates, one of the attorney general candidates, both candidates running for State Legislative District 48, and all local candidates.
There will be many political representatives to answer questions prepared by the students.
All voters are invited to attend.
The goal of this event is to inform voters of each candidate’s stances on different issues and important situations that may arise.
The civics class has also arranged a social time for candidates to answer any questions.
There will be a break during the forum when people in attendance can purchase a meal from the civics class.
