Grace Yung of Yuma, Arizona, died peacefully October 22, 2023, at River Valley Estates in Yuma, Arizona.
Grace was born on February 16, 1930, in Evans, Colorado to Orval and Martha Armintrout. She married Carl Yung of Kimball, Nebraska on September 17, 1947. They made their home in Scottsbluff, Nebraska where they raised five boys.
She enjoyed playing the piano and harmonicas. Grace was a porcelain painter and instructor. She had a passion for sewing and made many of her own clothes. She loved flowers and grew special varieties of iris. Her family was very dear to her. Above all, she loved her Heavenly Father.
She is survived by her sons, Stan (Thelma) of Bozeman, Montana, Larry (Trish) of Red Lodge, Montana, Les (Jeanie) of Arkansas City, Kansas, Mark (Sheila) of Torrington, Wyoming, and Kent (Tammy) of Torrington, Wyoming.
She is also survived by her 11 precious grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Grace is also survived by a beloved brother, Robert Armintrout of Watsonville, California; and several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Grace is preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters, one brother, and grandson-in-law.
Inurnment will be in Kimball, Nebraska after a small private family graveside service, which will be held at a later date.
