Season Ends For Potter-Dix In Quarterfinals

The Potter-Dix Coyotes football season is over.

The perennial post-season team in recent times ended the season at 9-1 with a crushing playoff loss to visiting Parkview Christian on Friday, Nov. 3.

The scored was 51-0, a most uncommon outcome for the Coyotes – unless they're on the other side of this kind of point total.

It marked the second straight year that P-D has lost in the quarterfinals.

The defeat also ended a 10-game streak home win streak.

But there was a bright spot.

His name is Dylan Tabor.

The sophomore ended up with 106 total offensive yards. That was despite sitting out the second half on account of injury concerns.

Meanwhile, Parkview Christian, 8-2 on the season, will hit the road again this Friday, Nov. 10, to take on Hay Springs at 1:30 p.m.
