Estalyn E. Anderson, 80 of Kimball, died at Kimball Health Services on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024 in Kimball with Pastor Warren Cico officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date. Friends may visit http://www.cantrellfh.com to view her Tribute Wall and leave condolences and stories for the family. Memorials may be given in memory of Estalyn to St. Jude Children's Hospital. The services for Estalyn have been entrusted to the Cantrell Funeral Home.
Estalyn Evelyn Anderson was born in Denver, Colorado on March 1, 1944, the daughter of James and Mable (Powell) MicZanko. She attended school in Denver. Following graduation she work at several jobs in the Denver area, including being a Go-Go Girl at the Wigwam, and later Gerry Baby Products, and several other jobs in the Denver area. She lived in Edgemont, South Dakota for a few years. Her two children were Greg and Paula.
Estalyn was married to Paul Anderson in Brighton, Colorado on April 15, 1988. She worked as a Wal-Mart sales associate for several years before retiring and moving to Kimball in April of 2007. Estalyn loved camping and spending time with family and friends visiting. She enjoyed games, especially Yahtzee and playing cards, she also enjoyed crocheting. She will be remembered and missed by all who knew her as a loving and caring person.
Survivors include her husband Paul Anderson of Kimball, NE; children Paul (Marivel) Anderson of TX., Christina Anderson of Ft. Collins, CO and daughter-in-law Dedra Murry of Kimball, NE; sisters Bonnie (Glenn) Bank of Brighton, CO., and Kim (Brent) James of AZ; 7 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother James MicZanko, sister Myrna Worley, children Greg and Paula, granddaughter Jennifer and grandson Adrian.
