Kimball-Banner County Fair Ready To Get Going

Unbelievable but August is here! Most of the wheat harvest was expected to be finished last week.

Here are a few things to do if you have too much time on your hands this week, or just itchy feet!

Around these parts, the Kimball-Banner County Fair and Rodeo runs Aug. 5-10 at the fairgrounds in Kimball, but some early activities already have been taking place.

Among the events this year will be a Rubber Check Race, on the 10th at 7 p.m. Last year was the first time it was scheduled at the fair.
