Schedule Shaping Up For July 3-6, 2025; Search Is On For Oldest Living Graduate
Plans for the 2025 Longhorn All-Class Reunion are being solidified with the dates set for July 3-6, 2025. The reunion committee is on a special mission to find the oldest living graduate of KCHS, with a keen focus on the graduates of 1957, 1958, and 1960. Your presence is not just desired, but it’s crucial to make this event truly memorable.
With an influx of individuals hitting the town of Kimball, the All-School Reunion committee is asking for residents with extra rooms to offer up a place for alumni to stay.
The Kimball Public School Foundation will host a social gathering on July 3 and a cruising night. Each class will have the opportunity to have their own get-together.
July 4 will be a day filled with excitement and variety. We have the Art in the Park event, a Farmer’s Market at Gotte Park, tours at the Wheat Growers, a Fun Run organized by Tiffany Johnson and Jaclyn Burks, downtown events, and a performance by the Stahla-For Band. The day will culminate with a spectacular fireworks viewing from the Kimball High School stadium.
Other activities on the 4th include a VFW parade, a corn hole tournament, enhanced pool games at the Kimball swimming pool, and a golf tournament.
A banquet on the July 5 will feature Jason Lockwood as the MC, former band and choir members will entertain along with a skit by the old KCHS cheerleaders.
KCTS will be available for town tours, including stops at the Four Winds Golf Course, Clean Harbors, Kimball County Manor, Kimball Health Services, and Clean Harbors’ new developments.
The All School Reunion committee is determined to show the alums what a great community we have. The committee meets the 2nd Sunday of each month at 4:00 p.m. No meeting will be held in December. For more information email [email protected].
